We are a leading national provider of supplementary and alternative education, specialising in tuition and education management services for councils, schools, and other educational establishments across the UK.

Job Title: Tuition Consultant

The Tuition Consultant will play a key role in recruiting and deploying Educators within a geographical region to provide education programmes for our clients within local authorities and schools.

This role is central to meeting the needs of both our Educators and Clients, and will work closely with our Business Development team to market and sell tuition services and Educators to our Clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and deploy Educators within a geographical region
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to market and sell tuition services and Educators
  • Meet the needs of both Educators and Clients
Requirements
  • Education sector background/experience
  • Tuition and/or school educator experience desirable but not essential
  • Customer service experience desirable but not essential
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to change
  • Ambitious and committed to personal and career development
