We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at HRLife Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and creating strategic initiatives that enhance our organization's human resources capabilities.
This is a broad generalist role that encompasses day-to-day HR activities, as well as high-level project work. You will work closely with our Head of HR to develop and implement projects that drive business growth and improve employee experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, providing expert HR advice and guidance on a range of generalist HR activities, including employment law, restructuring, learning and development, performance management, talent management, and reward and recognition.
- Providing commercial advice on HR issues, upskilling and coaching managers on employment law matters, and developing their HR knowledge base.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance the employee experience, including health and wellbeing, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Continuously improving HR processes and policies to reflect best practices and support business objectives.
- Leading and delivering HR projects, including HRIS integration and cultural change initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a people-centric HR function, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to work closely with the business. Key requirements include:
- CIPD level 7 qualification and previous experience working in a commercial business.
- Proven experience in a broad generalist HR role, with a good grounding in employment law.
- Ability to demonstrate previous HR project experience and a track record of delivering results.
- Familiarity with using data to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.
- HRIS expertise and ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
