Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Adecco. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit control processes, ensuring timely payment from customers, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage customer payments, including invoicing, credit notes, and refunds.
- Monitor and analyze customer credit limits, ensuring they are aligned with the company's risk appetite.
- Identify and pursue debt recovery opportunities, working closely with the sales team to resolve any issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Proven experience in credit control, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, including the Data Protection Act.
