Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of our talent strategy across development, succession planning, and career mapping.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with significant previous experience working as a HR professional in an SME. Key skills include:

  • Thorough technical and practical understanding of HR disciplines: learning and development, talent, and leadership.
  • Confident and credible communication style, able to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate autonomously on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Strong risk management and decision-making skills.
