Electrical Training Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team as an Electrical Training Specialist. As an Electrical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for managing aspiring Electricians, monitoring and overseeing their apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage aspiring Electricians, monitoring and overseeing their apprenticeships
  • Provide expert guidance and support to apprentices
  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our apprentices
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the success of our apprentices

Requirements:

  • Hold NVQ Level 3 and 18th edition certification
  • Hold a full driver's license
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
