Electrical Lecturer Opportunity

Are you a qualified electrician looking to share your knowledge and develop others? Would you like to receive a welcome bonus and full training to become an electrical lecturer?

A leading, national business are looking to train qualified electricians to become lecturers, training up apprentices within their award-winning centre. They will fund your teaching qualifications to become a electrical installations lecturer and you'll be mentored by other team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and delivering theory and practical training for apprentices, from health and safety and installation, to fault finding and testing.
  • Conducting practical assessments
  • Updating learner records and carrying out learner progress reviews
  • Monitoring attendance and learning progress
  • Flexibility to attend other training centres

Requirements:
  • Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years' electrical experience
  • Full driving licence
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Good communication skills
