Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Planned Maintenance team in the Gloucester/Birmingham area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a Decarbonisation Project spanning from Bristol to Gloucester, Shropshire, and the Midlands.

The project involves a 300-plot decarbonisation project with works including EWI/Windows and doors, etc. This project is with one of our long-standing social housing providers, requiring a strong focus on client experience.

The primary focus of this role will be to provide visible leadership and direction, along with foresight and insight, in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes to Wates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules to accurately monitor and report progress.
  • Identify quality expectations and incorporate them into the Quality Plan.
  • Implement all statutory, regulatory, and company requirements for managing Health and Safety.
  • Secure and manage the necessary resources to deliver the project/scheme effectively and efficiently, ensuring successful delivery within project constraints.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of the project, including support to the customer/end user throughout the handover process.
  • Establish a communications plan and agree accountabilities for team members.
