Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Assistant to join our team at The Guardsman Hotel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the Cluster Financial Controller in achieving the hotel's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of budgets and financial statements
  • Ensure an efficient and accurate financial and administrative hotel finance operation
  • Support the Cluster Financial Controller in achieving financial objectives
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR information systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or related environment
  • Results-focused with a strong desire to succeed
