Financial Divisions is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Junior IFA Administrator. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to carve a career in wealth management and work with a reputable independent Financial Advisory firm.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
* Manage client information and maintain accurate records
* Process LOAs and update policy information
* Prepare standard meeting files and ensure commission statements are scanned and sent to the Finance Director

**Requirements:**
* 12/18 months IFA Admin experience or willingness to cross over from a provider
