Job Title: Case Cleaning Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Case Cleaning Engineer to join our team at Field Solutions Group. As a Case Cleaning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out case cleans within store trading hours, highlighting any issues to the area supervisor, and managing time on site to ensure contracted hours are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out case cleans to the highest standard, ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order.
  2. Identify and report any issues or defects to the area supervisor, providing recommendations for improvement.
  3. Manage time on site effectively, ensuring contracted hours are fulfilled and productivity is maximized.
  4. Highlight any extra to contract works, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard.
  5. Provide support to the Team Leader, ensuring the smooth running of our operation.
  6. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain effective working relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  8. Contribute to quality development and improvement of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Key Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to use own initiative, and a positive attitude. You should be self-motivated, able to work as part of a team, and have strong commercial awareness. Experience in a similar role is essential, and you should be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
