Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Clean Engineer to join our team at Field Solutions Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out case cleans within store trading hours, highlighting any issues to the area supervisor, and managing time on site to ensure contracted hours are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To carry out case cleans and provide support for the Team Leader.
  2. Ensure workload is carried out to the case clean specification.
  3. Maintain the effective operation of a case clean, reporting to the Team Leader.
  4. Work under and help the Team Leader to ensure the smooth running of our operation.
  5. Maintain effective working relationships with each customer.
  6. Contribute to quality development and improvement of our services.
Key Skills & Experience Required
  1. Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
  2. Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritise tasks.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  5. A positive attitude.
  6. Commercial awareness.
