Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. This role involves providing technical support to clients, training, installation, maintenance, and health & safety services. The successful candidate will have experience in a client-facing technical role, with a strong understanding of pneumatic and electrical systems.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, client-facing technical position with national and international travel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults, creating risk assessments, and conducting onsite training. As a member of our team, you will be working with a global manufacturing leader, offering job security, excellent training, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients, including fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Conduct onsite training and installation services.
  • Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in the field service or training sector.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatic and electrical systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex faults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
