Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our Strategic Commissioning team. As a key member of our Joint-Funded Reviews project team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our collaborative, data-driven work with Health colleagues.
About the RoleAs a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for liaising with other professionals, providing advice and guidance, and updating our case management system. You will have good skills in managing your workload demands and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with other professionals to provide advice and guidance
- Update our case management system
- Manage workload demands and meet deadlines
- Have excellent IT skills and knowledge of continuing health care, community care services, and relevant legislation
We are looking for a dedicated and flexible individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally, you will have at least two years' experience of care work, though this is not essential. You will have experience of working with the public and partners, keeping records and constructing reports.
