Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily plot conveyancing for designated regional units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the conveyancing sale process, including issuing draft contract packs, handling inquiries, exchanging contracts, and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with regional offices and work closely with Sales, Development, and Technical teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient conveyancing processes.
  • Conduct purchaser due diligence and address Anti-Money Laundering issues, including the source of funds.
  • Assist in the implementation of Help to Buy, Home Reach, and sales incentive schemes, such as Mortgage Holiday and Deposit Top Up.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the residential property environment and extensive experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing.
  • Experience handling high-volume caseloads and comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
