Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancer/Executive to join our team at QED Legal LLP in West Yorkshire. As a key member of our residential property department, you will be responsible for handling matters from initial instructions to archiving, ensuring seamless execution of our clients' needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage files from inception to completion, adhering to our office and accounts procedures.
  • Process billing and collect monies due from clients and other parties.
  • Assist in supervisory responsibilities as required.
  • Maintain and enhance your legal knowledge and skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to handle complex technical details and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Strong presentation and argumentation skills, both written and oral.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Sound technical conveyancing knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with the Solicitors Code of Conduct.
