Thornbury Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our wealth planning practice in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the 'Letters of Authority' process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Conduct valuations and chase providers for outstanding documentation.
- Process new business, liaising with clients and booking client review meetings.
- Prepare for client meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate database records.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in Financial Services, preferably in an IFA environment.
- Knowledge of Investments, Pensions, and Protection products.
- Professional qualifications would be an advantage.
- Experience in using IFA Back Office systems such as Intelligent Office or Adviser Office.
