Commercial Growth Strategy Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Strategist to join our team at Sigma Recruitment Limited.

About the Position:

  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy for the business, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Work across the entire product range to unlock new revenue streams and grow the business.
  • Manage customer relationships and oversee key accounts.
  • Evaluate product range and pricing strategy to deliver exceptional customer value while maximizing business profitability.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain strong customer relationships and drive consistent performance.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
  • History of managing a P&L with a strong understanding of profitability.
  • Extensive team-first leadership skills with a proven record of working with all types of people.
  • A highly organized approach to new business development.
  • Confidence to pick up the phone and call people cold, tenacity to quietly keep going until the goal of acquiring a new customer is achieved.
