Insurance Services Coordinator
We are seeking an Insurance Services Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Northampton. This is an ideal opportunity to further your career in the insurance industry in a professional, hardworking, supportive and friendly environment with a strong team ethos.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office and provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
- Handle customer enquiries for their motor and personal insurances both over the phone and in the office.
- Complete policy alterations and renewals.
- Pro-actively sell new policies.
- Produce correspondence to required timeframes and quality standards.
- Cross-sell additional products and services.
- Perform general office and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in personal or motor lines insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Excellent time management skills and self-motivation.
- Competent IT skills.
- Minimum qualifications required - Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C (Grade 4) or above.
