About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Manager Contract to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Partner Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing key merchant recruitment and processing partners in Poland and other Central and Eastern European countries.

Your primary focus will be on managing day-to-day relationships with external recruitment and processing partners, ensuring that their practices are aligned with our contract through direct project and process management. You will also be responsible for managing updates and revisions to the contracts for regulatory purposes.

In addition, you will deliver training to partner sales teams on the American Express Value Proposition and oversee compliance and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal business stakeholders across the American Express matrix organization to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of current external recruitment and processing partners in CEE with responsibility for day-to-day relationship management.
  • Ensuring that partner(s) practices are aligned to contract via direct project and process management.
  • Managing updates and revisions to the contracts for regulatory purposes.
  • Delivery of training to partner sales teams on the American Express Value Proposition.
  • Oversight of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management – working closely with internal business stakeholders across the American Express matrix organization.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and able to synthesize complex data into manageable actions.
  • Strong Process and Project Management skills, with experience of tracking task level activities.
  • Fluent English speaker required – Polish extremely desirable.
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
