About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Support Worker to join our team in Newcastle. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering independence and providing daily support to a sociable lady in her 40s who has autism.
Key Responsibilities
- Empower independence by helping her live her life the way she chooses, achieve her goals, and be herself.
- Assist with food shopping, bill payments, and domestic tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Administer medication, offer occasional wheelchair assistance during outings, and prompt around personal care.
Shift Patterns
We offer flexible shift patterns, including Long Day Sleep-In Shifts (9am – 9am the following day), Day Shifts (9am - 6pm), and Sleep-Ins (10pm – 8am, paid to sleep).

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous or transferable experience in a similar role.
