Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packing Operator to join our team at Cranswick Country Foods PLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for packing processed animal food safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operate a packing line, including product feed, bagging, technical checks, and recording palletization.
  • Create stock on our CEMEX system, including finished product and work-in-progress.
  • Capture, segregate, and transfer waste for rework.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements and Experience

  • Manufacturing background, preferably in food, pet food, or FMCG.
  • Food Safety Level 2 certification.
  • Awareness of BRC standards.
  • IOSH Working Safely certification.
  • Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and learn new skills.
