At Human Capital Solutions, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Associate Director to lead our team in delivering innovative low carbon projects across the UK and Europe.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical building services engineering and be able to manage projects from inception to construction. You'll work closely with architects to ensure that building services are fully integrated and coordinated within a building.

We're looking for someone who shares our values of quality, innovation, employee retention, and client care. As an Electrical Associate Director, you'll enjoy a collaborative and inclusive office culture where you can share your knowledge and expertise with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical projects from RIBA Stages 2-4
  • Manage workload and provide support and supervision to a team of engineers
  • Prepare proposals and scopes of services
  • Negotiate with project managers and clients to reach positive outcomes

We offer a competitive salary up to £90,000, plus a range of benefits including annual performance reviews, 25 days' leave (rising to 30 days), 5% pension, private healthcare, and ongoing CPD opportunities.
