About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Sofology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our store teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and productive store environment
  • Provide coaching and training to store teams to improve sales skills and customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong coaching and training skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
