Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales and New Business Development Manager to join our team at KPI Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
