Early Careers Team Leaders (Production & Assets)

AWE is currently recruiting for Early Careers Team Leaders (Production & Assets) to support the future delivery and operational capability of the Production function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement development plans for Early Careers community members to meet Production & Assets skill and resource requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of collective development plans for the Early Careers community and Production & Assets.
  • Support the lead in ensuring that each developing individual delivers 6-, 12-, and 18-month reviews.
  • Prepare individuals for their final review at 24 months.
  • Support Production & Assets Recruitment campaigns, attend universities, and establish relationships.
  • Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Strong communications skills (written and oral).
  • Integration skills to provide linkages across communities.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel/Word.
  • Experience of working outside of AWE core programmes.
  • Working knowledge of Production & Assets and AWE.
  • Customer Interaction skills.
  • A good delivery track record (to Quality, Time, and Cost).
