We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biomedical Scientist to join our team as a Lead Biomedical Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert leadership and operational management to a large and complex network laboratory.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in a senior Biomedical Scientist position, with a strong background in Cellular Pathology. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage and prioritise a complex workload under pressure.

As part of our team, you will be involved in major projects such as implementing digital pathology and validating new supplier equipment. You will also work closely with our wider operational management team to implement lean principles and processes.
