We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized beauty advice, and showcasing our market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring each customer has a unique and memorable experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and in-store events to create an engaging and immersive brand experience.
  • Contribute to the development of a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
