About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and showcasing our market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and inspired.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and drive store events.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
