We are seeking an experienced Employment Transition Coordinator to join our team at Red 5 People. In this exciting role, you will be working with 16-18 year-olds who require SEN support, such as autism or learning disabilities, to help them transition into work experience placements or paid employment.

Job Description: As an Employment Transition Coordinator, your primary focus will be on coordinating work experience placements and developing relationships with local employers. You will work closely with a team of skills coaches who support young people on placements, providing cover when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident in approaching employers and building relationships with them. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people, employers, and colleagues.
