About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid and Project Manager to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource utilization, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring continuous learning and growth within the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Oracle and Primavera.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
