Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Service Manager to join our team in Swindon. As a key member of our management team, you will play a central role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of our residential service.



Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of colleagues, helping individuals to gain more independence in their daily lives. You will develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, complete supervisions and appraisals, and attend multi-disciplinary meetings.



As a Deputy Service Manager, you will also take part in the on-call rota and contribute to the overall success of our service. We are looking for someone who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our service users and colleagues.



Requirements




  • Previous experience in a care management role
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
