Care provider seeks experienced nurse to work as Clinical Lead in luxury Nursing Home in Scunthorpe.

Home provides specialist care for elderly, dementia, mental health, and physical disability patients. As a member of the management team, you will ensure high-quality person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.

You will lead the multi-disciplinary staff team to achieve excellence in patient care. This includes developing strategies to improve patient outcomes, mentoring junior staff members, and contributing to the development of nursing policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have experience in clinical leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the management team to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Mentoring junior staff members to support their professional development
  • Developing strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital admissions
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,075 per annum, plus benefits including:
