We are seeking a highly skilled Driver Supervisor to join our team at T. Quality Ltd's Swindon Distribution Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Swindon Distribution Centre management team to ensure the completion of next day deliveries throughout the Swindon distribution area.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery schedules and routes.
- Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in logistics or transportation management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
