Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted 'GOOD' Primary school in Bispham. The successful candidate will provide specialist provision for a pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties in the Early Years, KS1 and KS2.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum to a group of pupils who experience Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.
- Identify and deliver suitable academic and behavioural interventions for individual pupils to accelerate progress and achieve targets set.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification and be willing to work towards their Level 4 Qualification. Supervisory experience is essential, and experience providing high-quality effective support to children with additional needs is also important. We offer a competitive pay rate of between £14-£15 per hour.
