We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our support team at Highfield Leadership Academy. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding support to our pupils, helping them to succeed and reach their full potential.
As a member of our team, you will be committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our young people. You will work closely with our teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to our pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has a commitment to providing high-quality support to our pupils. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
About UsHighfield Leadership Academy is a state-of-the-art secondary school for 11 to 16 year olds in Blackpool.
