As a Sales Manager at u&i Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and expanding our business across all channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a successful sales strategy to grow sales across the brand division, including key accounts, wholesale, and digital channels.
  • Leading the launch of seasonal product ranges and new product development, creating and executing a go-to-market strategy to drive commercial success.
  • Overseeing and supporting our agent network, keeping them informed and motivated to deliver against key performance indicators.
  • Managing key accounts and concessions to drive commercial sales and build customer retention and new acquisitions.
  • Elevating customer service levels across the business, supporting our independent retail partners and key accounts.
  • Leading and developing a team of sales support coordinators, identifying opportunities for growth and driving sales.
  • Accurately forecasting annual financial opportunities across all channels and identifying investment and capabilities required.
  • Closely monitoring performance and analyzing trends to understand risks and identify growth opportunities.
  • Providing commercial insights to shape seasonal range strategy and maximize sales opportunities for customers.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content for commercial initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of commercial success.
  • Market and industry knowledge, with experience in lifestyle, fashion, premium/mid-market, menswear, or gift environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to create, develop, and execute strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring people on board and foster strong internal and customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations to guide business strategy decisions.
  • A passion for selling, with a personal determination and drive to succeed.
  • Experience in leading and coaching a successful team.
