Job Title: Lifeguard - Frome

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our customers in and around the water.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers.
  • Conduct regular pool testing and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to correct behaviour where necessary.
  • A high standard of physical fitness.
  • Ability to work a varying rotated pattern of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
