MOJ/OIC Fee Earner Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MOJ/OIC Fee Earner to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our Multi Track team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of minor head injury cases across both the MOJ Portal and OIC Costs platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload at all stages of the MOJ & OIC Portal
  • Update clients on the progress of their cases
  • Assess quantum and identify potential issues
  • Meet targets and understand the Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Directions
  • Identify issues in advance of Litigation
Requirements:
  • Proficient in using the MOJ and OIC Portal
  • Good working knowledge of CPR and/or relevant case law
  • Excellent IT skills with a sound working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to provide high-level client care
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage a varied caseload
