About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced RTA Paralegal/Fee Earner to join our client's leading team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a quality caseload of Small Claims RTA litigation matters where liability is disputed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Small Claims RTA litigation matters
- Conduct research and analysis to support case preparation
- Prepare and draft court documents and correspondence
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Recent and proven RTA knowledge
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
