Imperial Services is seeking an experienced Financial Management Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our coffee shop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of coffee shop finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to managers and staff across the organization.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in financial management, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems, including accounting and budgeting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and incentives.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with overtime as required.
