Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is £24,000 + benefits. Flexible working is celebrated, and we are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, allowing many colleagues to spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office.

Job Description

This role involves participating in the day-to-day activities of the retail banking division, providing insights and expertise to senior colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Execution of small research projects to support strategic decision making.
  • Preparation of presentations and reports to communicate research findings.
  • Collaboration with senior management to implement research findings for retail banking.
  • Management of client relationships and provision of customer service support.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop new products and services for retail banking, as well as train and mentor junior colleagues.
