Marketing Coordinator Role
About the Role
The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their Marketing Team on a 3-month contract. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team's efforts to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Media and Campaign Management
- Coordinate media bookings for all marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement campaign strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Workflow and Administration
- Manage workflow and track amendments for all marketing materials, including literature and advertising requests.
- Liaise with designers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Competitor Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Lead Allocation and CRM Management
- Allocate website marketing leads and enquiries to the appropriate business area.
- Update the marketing CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Event Support and Miscellaneous Tasks
- Assist the Events Marketing Manager as required, to help organize and deliver marketing events.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Marketing Team to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Relevant marketing degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
