Social Worker

Randstad Care is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join their team in North Yorkshire's Pathways Team.
The successful candidate will work with young people as they move towards independence, supporting them with their health, education, employment, and training, as well as their relationships and personal goals.
As a member of the Pathways Team, you will be responsible for completing direct work with young people, engaging with them to understand their experiences and provide support.
You will also be part of a team that regularly reviews care plans and provides feedback to young people on their experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a Social Work Qualification or equivalent, be registered with Social Work England, and have an Enhanced DBS.
