About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Solihull Stratford Court, Shirley Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • Take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staff team.
  • Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements whilst guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners.
