Senior Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our successful residential Lettings team in Shirley. As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Lettings Managers and supporting the Area Manager in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective and efficient lettings service to landlords and tenants.
  • Lead by example, delegating tasks and motivating your team to exceed performance and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Lettings Managers, providing training and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, or Assistant Manager, with a track record of success in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to generate new business and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to various locations.
