Enterprise Public Sector Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Public Sector Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of a portfolio of key public sector clients. Your goal will be to achieve high customer and employee satisfaction while driving revenue growth targets for the portfolio. You will leverage our market-leading SaaS application, build a compelling value proposition story, and maximize employee engagement and usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven ability to demonstrate year-on-year consistent overachievement of targets in a consultative B2B sales environment with enterprise clients. You should have extensive knowledge of public sector sales process, including contracting via frameworks and public sector procurement. A strong understanding of public sector procurement legislation is also essential. Previous experience in presenting to C-level executives is highly valued. Additionally, you should have a growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and development.
