Track Access Manager

Anderselite LTD is seeking a highly skilled Track Access Manager to lead the Scotland Track Access Team.
About the Role:
- Manage day-to-day activities of the Scotland Track Access Team, ensuring seamless execution of possession planning tasks.
- Liaise with project management teams to coordinate access planning and possessory arrangements.
- Work closely with Construction Management and Estimating team to identify optimal possession schedules.
- Prepare comprehensive possession schedules, supporting documentation, and ensure timely submissions in line with Network Rail timescales.
- Monitor and record changes to possession planning, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain safety-critical documentation, adhering to industry standards.
- Attend critical possession meetings with clients, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, as well as seize opportunities for growth.
- Support entitlement submissions and maintain strong ties with fellow planning team members.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Lead Possession Planner or Access Planner, preferably within the rail industry.
- Strong team management background, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in PPS planning access principles.
- Hold Core Level 2 SSOW planning qualification.
- Possess PTS certification.
- Be certified Controller of Site Safety (COSS).
- Demonstrate good understanding of Network Rail Rule Book regulations.
- Hold a full British Driving License.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The salary for this position is estimated at £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
