About the Role:
• Lead a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Identify and address operational challenges to ensure software reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and improve standards
• Develop and implement processes to ensure delivery of high-quality software

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in software development leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of software development principles and methodologies, including Agile
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
