We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Project Management Degree Apprenticeship program. This unique opportunity combines on-the-job training with academic study, allowing you to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a dynamic project management environment.

About the Role

As a Project Management Degree Apprentice, you will work within Integrated Project Teams, gaining practical experience in delivering complex projects. You will collaborate with experienced project managers, learning about various aspects of project management, including:

  • Team Management
  • Contract Status Reviews
  • Risk Management
  • Lifecycle Management
  • Financial Management

Throughout the program, you will participate in a series of placements across different functions and departments, providing you with a well-rounded understanding of our business operations.

Academic Pathway

You will study towards a BSc Honours degree in Project Management through a combination of work-based learning, distance learning, and university attendance. This program is aligned with the Project Management Apprenticeship standard (ST0411).

Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to become a full member of the Association for Project Management (APM), the Chartered Body for the Profession.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess:

  • 3 x A Levels (A*- C) with one subject being English, Maths, or a Business-related field
  • OR an alternative Level 3 qualification in a business-related subject
  • GCSE (Grade 4 - 9 / A*- C) in Maths and English

The starting salary for this role is £20,500.
