About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Project Management Degree Apprenticeship programme. As a Project Manager Degree Apprentice, you will work within our Integrated Project Teams, gaining the skills and knowledge to deliver complex projects. You will be responsible for supporting project execution and delivery, working closely with our experienced project managers.

What You Will Do
  • Support project execution and delivery within the Integrated Sensing & Protection line of business
  • Work with our experienced project managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of project management
  • Engage in a series of placements within different functions or departments to gain a rounded experience
  • Study for a BSc Honours degree in Project Management through a mixture of work-based learning, distance learning, and attendance at University
What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting salary of £20,500, annual incremental pay increases, 33 days holiday, and flexible working arrangements. You will also have access to a contributory pension scheme, cycle to work initiative, and custom working model to support your health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 x A Levels (A*- C) one of which must be English, Maths, or a Business-related subject. Alternatively, you can have an alternative Level 3 qualification in a business-related subject, along with GCSEs in Maths and English.
